YOUR MISSION

As a Strategic Accounts Leader you will be a representative in the Glovo Account Management team helping handle one of the companys top partnerships. You will be liaising with the most popular brands stores and restaurants in the region as well as growing revenues for their respective stores.

THE JOURNEY

  • Develop and implement longterm strategic plans for each key account ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives while also considering partner growth and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing/Growth Operations and Customer Support to ensure a holistic approach to partner management and service delivery.
  • Proactively address and manage partner issues ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for partnership innovation and improvement proposing new ideas that align with Glovos overall strategy.
  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovos partners through consistent and proactive communication identifying their needs and building engagement (Partners meetings and business reviews).
  • Evaluate follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Draw and execute plans making your partners grow through promotions marketing activations and menu performance (selling items AOV Conversion Rate cross selling and upselling).
  • Ensure that Glovo has the best content by signing preferred partnerships with partners.
  • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits merchandising etc).
  • Improve Glovos revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
  • Understand build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
  • Improve operational efficiency of the partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Teach the partner how to use the manager portal to become selfsufficient so that partner can: change and edit the menu activate promotions and check their information with Glovo

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 2 years of experience in highperformance account management or business consultancy.
  • Ability to comfortably work in a high growth and highperformance company with a fast pace.
  • Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Google Docs Sheets & Slides Drive); Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and advanced level of English.
  • Strong commercial skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Problem solver datadriven with an analytical approach.
