Were looking for a handson highly organized professional who will serve as both Business Support Coordinator to our Country Manager and Regional Sales Leaders and Office Manager for the new Japan hub.
This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced startuplike environment and is excited to shape the culture rhythm and operational backbone of a brandnew region.
Business Support for Country Manager & Sales Leadership
Youll play a crucial role in supporting our Country Manager (also Head of Regional Sales) and Regional Vice Presidents. This role is central to ensuring the Japan sales team operates with precision consistency and impact.
- Manage complex schedules for the Country Manager and RVPs ensuring businesscritical priorities are met and travel is seamless.
- Support accurate and timely submission of expenses and manage budget reporting and regional travel planning.
- Serve as a connector between sales leaders internal functions (HR Legal Sales Ops) and external clients or partners.
- Help educate and align the Japan sales team on corporate policies and best practices.
- Partner with the Sales Operations Team:
- to maintain and communicate accurate sales forecasts and dashboards
- to drive regional reporting CRM updates in Salesforce (SFDC) and coordination of sales initiatives.
- to prepare and manage agendas for internal meetings and QBRs track followup actions and ensure timely
- Collaborate with marketing HR and global stakeholders to align on regional campaigns and initiatives.
Office Management & Employee Experience
- Oversee the full lifecycle of our physical office setup vendor coordination compliance and ongoing operations.
- Partner with global Workplace and IT teams to ensure Nexthinks infrastructure and experience standards are met.
- Manage local services including deliveries supplies and facilities providers.
- Act as the face of the office welcoming guests customers and global team members.
- Youll play a big role in building an inclusive and energizing culture that reflects Nexthinks values in Japan.
- Lead local planning for team events celebrations and community moments.
- Support onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle touchpoints to ensure an exceptional regional experience.
Qualifications :
- Experience in business or sales coordination and office operations ideally in tech or a fastpaced global company.
- Experience organizing events meetings or team offsites both inperson and virtual.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch in a startup or scaleup environment.
- Proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Strong judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive business or personnel information.
- Comfortable with tools like Salesforce Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity systems.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a peoplefirst mindset.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without requiring constant direction.
- A positive cando attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
- Native Japanese speaker and fluent in English.
