Job Description

We are looking for candidates wanting to pursue a career in Operations to join our 2year graduate development pathway as a project administrator. 

Join us in building a European Service Academy! Youll play a key role in creating a standardised career pathway for Service Colleagues across 18 countries. Empowering your colleagues to become experts in Pest Control Hygiene Services and Indoor Plants by developing and delivering topnotch training and development materials.

You will work closely with Technical experts and external trainers to create engaging training content that looks professional and engaging. 

The Graduate Pathway

Our European Graduate Development Pathway is a 2year plan designed to kickstart your career in your chosen field. You will join the Company as part of a cohort of Graduates in different parts of the European Head Office team where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and your skills giving you plenty of chances to grow and really make your mark.

This exciting twoyear program includes integration development and project work. Year one focuses on getting comfortable in the role with a mentor to guide you and development opportunities alongside other Graduates within the business. Year two involves a Graduate cohort business project to own and run as well as the potential opportunity for secondments. This pathway may evolve during the program.


Qualifications :

 

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant degree (advantageous though not required) 

  • Clean Driving License

  • Able to travel to our Head Office in Crawley UK on a semiregular basis 

  • Applicants based within commuting distance of any of Europe Regional office locations will be considered 

Wed love to see someone who has: 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Demonstrable IT Literacy 

  • Creative and able to make training materials look interesting and engaging

  • Selfstarter 

  • Able to work productively in flexible/remote environments 

  • Second European Language (desirable)
