Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full site management and execution of building construction activities.
- Conduct regular site supervision and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Develop monitor and adjust detailed project plans ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
- Implement and uphold Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Enforce strict Quality Health Safety and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures on site.
- Prepare and manage budgetary costs regularly reporting and coordinating with the Head Office to ensure financial control.
- Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor to verify and monitor cost estimates material usage and progress valuations.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
7 years of experience in the construction industry specifically in building projects.
Proven track record in site-based project management and supervision.
