DIRECTOR OF CRITICAL CARE ICU
SUMMARY
The Director ensures highquality patientcentered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting planning and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies policies and procedures in support of facility objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree or other approved education plan Required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing Preferred
- Masters Degree Preferred
- 1 years applicable experience Required
- 3 years applicable experience Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
The hospital is a 234bed acute care hospital located in NH. The hospital serves the Seacoast regions residents in New Hampshire Maine and Massachusetts. This hospital is one of the areas largest employers. They are the only ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center on New Hampshires Seacoast is the Seacoasts only comprehensive heart and vascular program. Also the only Comprehensive Stroke Center on the Seacoast. We provide 7 comprehensive neurosurgical and stroke clot retrieval and aneurysm coiling programs for both ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes.
