JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Chief Information Officer the Informatics Epic Technical Analyst serves as a key liaison with the Epic HER hosting vendor overseeing the provisioning correction and monitoring of enduser accounts caregiver and employee records and related configurations. This role ensures timely responses for employees and caregivers during the onboarding and offboarding processes including the provisioning of thirdparty application access as needed.
Additionally the Analyst will provide ongoing support for Epicbased reporting tools including but not limited to SlicerDicer Reporting Workbench Dashboards and Pulse tools.
The position also requires occasional participation in clinical and financial user groups as well as other workgroups as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serves as Liaison to EHR (s) vendor support teams as pertinent to this position and the needs of the department.
Manages EHR and applications enduser accounts for both onboarding and offboarding of employee & Maintains records related to onboarding/offboarding activities
Provides enduser support and training for Epicbased reporting tools & develops and maintains training materials for endusers
Facilitates enduser support for Epic Hosting Vendor third party applications as necessary
Adopts a continuous improvement mindset to proactively identify risks and provide recommendations regarding EHRrelated issues to IT and Informatics management.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree preferred.
Recent experience with EPIC EHR products
Working in a healthcare setting 2 years or more
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of computer systems databases and software applications.
Proficient in Microsoft365 applications.
Familiarity with healthcare data & reporting tools.
Healthcare Knowledge:
Familiarity with healthcare workflows regulations and terminology.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data identify problems and develop solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and stakeholders.
ProblemSolving Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
Training and Documentation:
Ability to develop and deliver training materials and documentation.
