Job Title: Receptionist Administrative Office
Exemption Status/ Test:NonExempt
Reports to:Chief Financial Officer

Primary Purpose:
Under moderate supervision respond to inquiries from staff students parents and the public; provide requested information and/or referral to the appropriate parties; direct visitors; and provide general clerical support for the efficient operation of the central administration office.
Provides a range of administrative support and coordination of projects for the CFO. Responsible for maintain high standards of professionalism efficiency personal communication discretion and independent judgment. In working with internal and external contacts including Board Trustees. This position deals with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines and pressures.
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to operate multiline phone system
Effective public relations organization communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak read and understand English
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to effectively present information in oneonone situations
Proficient in keyboarding 10key numerical data entry and file maintenance
Experience:
