Position Overview
The Support Worker is responsible to the relevant Site Leader and will work as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with Richmond Futures vision and principles. Support is provided to participants aligned with the principles of the NDIS with Support Workers promoting individual choice and control to build capacity where possible with independence to enhance participant wellbeing. In collaboration with the Support Worker team and external service providers this role supports participants with their needs as identified in their plan.
