JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Chief Information Officer the Information Services Project Manager I is a highly organized and proactive individual responsible for helping plan execute and deliver IT projects within the organization. This role involves working closely with IS management technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate tasks manage timelines track progress and ensure project goals are achieved. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation including but not limited to project plans schedules timelines requirements scope risk assessments decisions actions and issues.
Coordinate meetings take notes with followup action items.
Track project progress and report on key milestones risks and issues.
Preparing and distributing project reports and presentations.
Support IT leadership in resource allocation budget tracking and vendor coordination.
Facilitate communications between technical teams and business & clinical units.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree required in computer science information technology business administration or healthcare administration preferred but not required.
Certified associate in project management (CAPM) preferred but not required
2 plus years experience coordinating events meetings projects in a fastpaced environment
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Proficient computer skill including Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of team
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfalletc)
Knowledge of IT systems hardware and software
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Multimedia presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of HIPAA Security and Privacy rule
