Senior Financial analyst Management Reporting / MIS
- Prepare monthly management reports MIS Executive dashboards across multiple hierarchy levels (Industry vertical Practice and account level) and report Revenue margin and range of operational and financial metrics to track performance
- Ability to optimize compress and consolidate multidimensional base data provided by finance HR operations team and generate insightful reports and analytics
- Analyze monthly performance data and identify business reasons for the shortfall in performance
- Compare against benchmark metrics identify leaders and laggards
- Monitor pipeline data for data sanctity and ensure pipeline information is accurate and up to date. Analyze and report periodically to vertical leaders on average time to close the deal ageing analysis dormant opportunities opportunities with incorrect data and other sales performance metrics including book to bill ratio sales coverage.
- Track and report periodic movement in pipeline and support in monthly forecasting exercise
- Be a Liaison between business and finance and be the first point of contact for business in addressing their queries
Requirements
- MBA Finance / Qualified accountant with 4 8 years of experience in financial reporting MIS and preparing executive dashboards
- Prior financial reporting experience in a Tier 1 IT service provider
- Proficient in MS Excel Power BI Power Query
- Ability to independently manage and drive large optimization programs with minimal leadership oversight
- Exceptional people skills prior experience in directly managing analytics requirement of Executive Leadership Team
