Educational Leader Position Available Gledswood Hills
Are you a passionate ready to take on a leadership role Join our team at Futuro Early Learning where innovation collaboration and purpose are at the heart of everything we do.
We are seeking an Educational Leader to oversee and inspire our preschoolage group. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leadership team working alongside two other dedicated Educational Leaders in our flagship center at Gledswood Hills.
What Youll Do:
Lead the preschool age group fostering a highquality learning environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Work collaboratively with the Educational Leadership team to support and mentor educators ensuring alignment with the centers vision and mission. Provide guidance on programming planning and documentation championing best practices in early childhood education. Empower your team to nurture childrens potential inspire global citizenship and uphold playbased learning as central to the curriculum. Be a part of a workplace culture that values distributed leadership innovation and respect for diverse perspectives.
About You:
- Hold at least a Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent).
- Have a valid Working With Children Check First Aid and Food Handling Certificate.
- Demonstrate experience in leading teams and working in an early learning setting preferably with a focus on preschoolaged children.
- Show a commitment to highquality care childrens safety and creating an inclusive and engaging environment.
- Exhibit a passion for professional development reflective practice and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
