When customers walk through our doors they should be able to locate what they want with ease and walk out satisfied.
The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation merchandising restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.
There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.
You will be responsible for leading coaching and motivating the Nightfill team ensuring that merchandising standards planograms and display guides are maintained and our store shines so its a safe and positive work environment for everyone.
Youll be working Sunday to Thursday 2:00 pm 11:30 pm.
Qualifications :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with proven leadership capabilities and a proactive cando attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Prior experience in a retail environment particularly in areas such as stock management merchandising recovery and visual presentation would be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be someone who is handson and enjoys actively contributing to the teams success.
