Job Description

Seeking a qualified LPN for a Long Term Care position within a 60mile radius with immediate start availability. This is a 12day assignment with 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shifts lasting 13 weeks. Candidates should have 13 years of relevant experience including SNF experience and hold a valid NY license along with BLS (AHA) certification. Experience with eMAR in PointClickCare and common patient diagnoses such as Dementia Chronic Diseases and Diabetes is preferred. LPN / LVN (Nursing)
