Job Summary:
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an outpatient urology clinic. The LPN will provide nursing care under the direction of an RN focusing on adult patients. The role is a temporary-to-permanent position requiring local candidates with a valid Washington state LPN license and experience in an outpatient clinic setting. The LPN will be responsible for patient care charting in EPIC and may float between units and clinics within their skillset.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to adult patients in an outpatient urology clinic.
- Perform patient assessments and document findings in EPIC.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- May float between units and clinics within the same skillset.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current LPN license in Washington state.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience as an LPN.
- Adult outpatient clinic experience.
- Proficiency in EPIC charting.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Urology experience.
Special Considerations:
- This is a temporary-to-permanent position.
- In-person interview required.
- Local candidates only (within a 50-mile radius).
- Floating between units and clinics within the same skillset is expected.
- RTO restrictions should be confirmed with the hiring manager.
Scheduling:
- 5 eight-hour days per week.
- Hours may vary between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
- No weekend or on-call requirements.
- Bi-weekly orientation schedule.
