As an earlystage startup were looking for a founding team member who will be pivotal in driving our gotomarket and product strategies. This is a unique opportunity to shape our business development and product roadmap from day one with high ownership.
Role Overview
In this position you will be a key member iterating on existing sales channels and building new GTM playbooks. You will also lead the sales cycle develop targeted GTM strategies work on implementation with customers and provide actionable insights to guide our product roadmap. We are looking for a dynamic entrepreneurial professional with a roll up your sleeves mentality and a passion for transforming the way work is done.
What youll do
Sales Growth:
Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee lead sourcing engagement and closing.
Demonstrate Value: Clearly communicate how VecFlows AI tools transform legal workflows to potential and existing clients.
Build Relationships: Develop strong longterm customer connections to drive growth.
Experiment with GTM Channels: Test new outreach methods set KPIs and optimize performance.
Product Strategy:
Define Product Vision: Work with the founders to build agentic LLM workflows that mimic legal reasoning.
Gather Insights: Collect customer feedback to refine and iterate on product features.
Validate Product Iterations: Test new features and integrate datadriven improvements.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Engage with Customers: Talk directly with legal professionals to understand their workflows.
Collaborate Internally: Work closely with product engineering and legal teams to troubleshoot issues.
About You
Incredible Executor: You excel at turning ideas into action and scaling GTM channelsplaying a defining role in shaping sales and marketing at a fastgrowing AI startup.
Grit & Synthesis: You bring resilience and the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable strategies.
Relevant Experience:Experience in sales growth marketing or background in strategy consulting/banking or other highimpact fields is a plus. A Juris Doctor degree and/or law firm experience are a plus.
DataDriven: You are highly numerate and comfortable working in a datadriven environment.
