As a Business Analyst on our GtM team youll support the development of our product monetisation and commercial strategy using the latest tools & methodologies. Working closely with the Pricing Team and Market Research & Intelligence team youll help us make the most of our extensive data conduct research into customer needs support evaluation of growth opportunities and inform how we position our products to the world of hospitality.
Youll report directly to the Director Product GtM Strategy and operate as an analytical partner across product commercial and business functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to dig into data ask smart questions and bring clarity to complex decisions.

- Develop AI agents: Design & build tools that automate research & analytical processes allowing you to focus on interpretation & insight.
- Customer & Market Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand behaviours segmentation needs and use cases.
- Growth Opportunity Analysis: Support high-impact strategic initiatives by analysing internal data and synthesising external research to identify commercial opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pricing Market Research Product Sales and Marketing to align on goals & performance.
- Competitive Intelligence: Track market trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and strategy.
- Tooling & Dashboards: Build and maintain models or dashboards that support ongoing performance monitoring or market analysis.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Present complex findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders turning insight into influence.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Support: Contribute to product packaging positioning and promotions strategy through structured analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- Fluency in English . Additional languages a bonus!
- 24 years experience in an analytical strategic or research-heavy role (e.g. business analyst strategy analyst growth analyst consultant)
- Experience working in SaaS or product-led tech companies
- Comfort working across both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Looker Power BI) survey platforms or SQL a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to structure ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills able to tell a story with data and bring others along
