Why Were Hiring

Density is growing fast and were looking for a Founding Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our go-to-market team at a pivotal stage. This isnt your typical ISR role. Youll work directly with the CEO and founding team shape our sales motion from the ground up and gain hands-on experience you wont find anywhere else.

Youll be one of the first hires in our sales motion around a new product (Waffle) helping us define what great looks like and laying the groundwork for long-term scale. If youre hungry scrappy curious and ready to build we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery to demo and close with support from a dedicated BDR team
  • Create and manage a healthy pipeline by working inbound leads partnering with BDRs and sourcing new opportunities independently in a fast-moving sales environment
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership to refine our early sales strategy
  • Educate prospects on the value of Densitys workplace analytics and how our tech fits into their goals
  • Get creative with outreach use cold calls email social and whatever it takes to get in front of the right people
  • Build a deep understanding of the built environment facilities strategy and workplace transformation
  • Provide feedback directly to product and marketing based on what youre hearing in the field
  • Help build sales processes and tools as we scale
  • Be a voice of the customer from day one

What Were Looking For

  • Track record of success Proven success closing business in a quota-carrying role (ideally 1-3 years in SaaS or tech)
  • Youve got a builders mindset you like creating not just executing
  • Comfortable operating without a playbook and excited to help write one
  • Highly effective communicator you know how to ask smart questions and tell a compelling story
  • Deep curiosity about people tech data and how things work
  • Scrappy resourceful and resilient you figure things out and keep going
  • Passionate about customer experience you treat every conversation like it matters
  • High-growth startup experience is a big plus especially if youve seen early-stage scale
  • Experience working in or selling to the workplace CRE or facilities space is a bonus
