A beautiful hospital just outside ofKalispell MTis seeking a fulltime permanentDirector of Emergency Servicesto join their growing team!
- Pay: $102000 $153000 / annually
Director of Emergency Services Opportunity:
- Fulltime permanent directhire
- Schedule: MonFri day shift
- The Director of Emergency Services will oversee daily operations including staffing scheduling and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
Director of Emergency Services Responsibilities:
- Implement practices and programs to improve patient experience and health outcomes achieving satisfaction scores through effective communication.
- Align departmental work with organizational goals and strategic initiatives participate in longterm planning and track measurable goals.
- Develop and manage the departments budget monitor expenditures and take corrective action for variances while identifying costreduction opportunities.
Director of Emergency Services Qualifications:
- Masters degree in nursing
- Montana state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Leadership experience in an ER department
- Nurse executive certification or ability to obtain
