Job Description
Sioufas & Associates Law Firm a leading Greek law firm with offices in three major cities of Greece (Athens Thessaloniki and Patras) and in Romania (Bucharest) is currently looking for a legal collection attorney who would like to join its dynamic motivating and highly skilled team of qualified attorneys.
Our firm has been in business since 1999 and continues to grow and expand.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analysis of legal and financial parameters of each case
- Telephone or inperson communication with debtors and their legal representatives
- Negotiation to find a sustainable solution
- Drafting of settlements / outofcourt settlement

Requirements
- Law graduate from a Greek or international university with a recognized qualification
- 2 years of experience in the practice of law with preferred involvement in cases of Law 3869 & Law 4605
- Excellent knowledge of PC usage and Office programs (Word & Excel)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
