Role Summary
Flowserve BV Flow Control Benelux in Roosendaal is expanding its Service & Repair activities on control and isolation valves embedded in the Flowserve Sihi (France) SAS QRC in Lyon GrignysurRhne to better serve our customers in France. The Service & Repair department stands for guaranteeing optimal international customer service and due to increasing activities and growth of our business we are looking for a QRC service technician.
As a service technician in our dynamic working environment you are able to overhaul control valves isolation valves and actuators for domestic customers. You will support our further professionalization of the service and repair department and maintain a high level of customer commitment and customer satisfaction.
In this role you will report to our Regional Supervisor Field Service & Service Coordinator and as a team we are responsible for further optimizing the service & repair processes.
Your Role
You will be responsible for the careful disassembly cleaning inspection and skilled repair/rebuild of control valves butterfly valves ball and plug valves and pneumatic actuators using OEM parts.
The tasks are multifaced also because each type of valve entails a different working method.
You are able to test (control) valves and appendages using various testing equipment.
You will support our Field Service Technician to perform work on location when required.
You will draft clear inspection/repair reports to advise and justify the scope of work.
You are willing to travel 1525 of your time.
Your Profile
You feel at home in a dynamic commercial and technical work environment. You are entrepreneurial customer and serviceoriented and possess good communication skills.
Professional level 4 baccalaureate or equivalent and preferably two years of experience in a similar position.
You are competent and driven.
You are a team player but also used to working independently.
You are accurate flexible customeroriented and think in terms of solutions.
You have good documentation skills regarding reports and other records.
You are willing to follow training abroad.
You have a good command of the French and English language in word and writing.
