Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project success including financials quality control and timeliness.
Manage construction processes including RFIs submittals change orders and invoicing.
Develop and maintain project schedules cost control and status reports.
Foster positive relationships with clients architects and subcontractors.
Prepare project proposals and manage contracts.
Conduct quantity takeoffs estimating and constructability reviews.
Ensure project closeout and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
Qualifications:
Degree in Construction Management Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience including groundup projects of at least $4 million.
Proficiency in Microsoft Projects Excel and PROCORE (or similar software).
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
