Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project success including financials quality control and timeliness.
- Manage construction processes including RFIs submittals change orders and invoicing.
- Develop and maintain project schedules cost control and status reports.
- Foster positive relationships with clients architects and subcontractors.
- Prepare project proposals and manage contracts.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs estimating and constructability reviews.
- Ensure project closeout and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
- Degree in Construction Management Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience including groundup projects of at least $4 million.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Projects Excel and PROCORE (or similar software).
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Salary Range from $80000 to $140000 per year.
