Project Superintendent
Santa Ana CA
Full - Time / Direct Hire
Seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee field operations for DSA and Public Works construction projects. Responsible for executing construction plans ensuring safety compliance managing schedules coordinating subcontractors and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities-
Manage field execution: manpower materials equipment and methods.

Enforce jobsite safety and security per company and regulatory standards.

Interface with authorities to meet inspection and occupancy milestones.

Develop and maintain CPM project schedule; coordinate updates with subcontractors.

Lead weekly subcontractor meetings.

Submit daily reports via Procore.

Review procurement schedule; flag risks and propose solutions.

Assist with change orders subcontracts and budget adjustments.

Coordinate resolution of design conflicts and clarifications.

Oversee punch list completion and system turnover to owner.

5 years as Superintendent on DSA/Public Works projects (required)

OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred)

Strong communication leadership and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Procore and Primavera P6
