The Customer Success renewals specialist works with the regional teams to drive customer retention and growth through ensuring Customer Success renewals. Key duties include providing data inputs and analysis to the sales teams to ensure the customers continue to derive value from Success and timeous renewal of expiring contracts following best practices.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Act as trusted business partner to regional install base management by providing Success consumption analysis and preparation of Success renewal data packs as inputs to the Success upgrade & renewal process to Success 3.0.
- Commercial business analysis
- Monthly analysis of the consumed and planned consumption of Success projects to ensure full utilization of Success provisions on or ahead of contract expiry date.
- Sourcing and collation of information and scrutiny of data to facilitate better Success contract renewals.
- Engage with various stakeholders to provide a complete view for the customer renewal.
- Evaluate expiring contracts and mapping potential carryover Success 3.0 deliverables.
- Ensure business opportunities exist for all Success renewals well in advance.
- Ongoing feedback to enhance business value for Sales from CRM to improve the renewals process.
- Develop and provide comprehensive Success upgrade packs (current GPL with consumption reports (used and planned backlog order forms contract asset values etc.
- Ensure renewal preparation phase is commenced well in advance to provide the sales team with enough time to action insights to drive incremental value to customer and IFS.
- Combine consumption reports and disseminate exception reports to the regional teams for action.
- Conduct detailed analysis of Success upgrade through the renewals process and advise on attainment of business metrics (renewal rates incontract renewals churn etc).
- Engage with the regional renewals teams to ensure adherence to corporate renewal guidelines.
- Development of regular and ad hoc reports / analysis as needed by executive stakeholders
Competencies
- Good data analysis and presentation of key insights to enable and accelerate the sales process.
- Good communication & presentation skills. Ability to interact with internal team and provide assets to the sales team for reuse in their sales process.
- High attention to detail and completing tasks quickly and methodically.
- Ability to work under sustained timeline pressures.
- Good knowledge and understanding of revenue recognition standards and how to calculate financial metrics like ACV and ARR.
- Ability to assimilate complex data into business information.
- Excellent professional fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional languages is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
Qualifications :
- Proven History in a business operations/sales operations or related business support role knowledge of an international matrixstyle organization with virtual working environment
- Proven ability in consulting delivery operations and/or business operations role supporting the sales organisation
- University educated or comparable professional expertise.
- Good understanding of information technology data structuring and analytics trends concepts and developments with an interest in learning more.
- Strong excel skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and methods.
- Excellent capability with Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft productivity solutions e.g. Outlook.
- Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent reporting tools
- Knowledge of IFS applications and expertise working in IFS Cloud a plus
