Export Controls License

Key job responsibilities
Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the nextgeneration Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing System (MES) workstreams.
Demonstrate deep technical expertise in PLM and MES systems architecture (workflows APIs runtime design limitations maintenance) and leverage datadriven insights to influence priorities and strategy.
Scope and manage large complex technology initiatives delivering critical solutions significant improvements or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and platforms.
Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers employees/engineers or the business.
Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of crossfunctional teams.
Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.

Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Systems Architecture experience integrating PLM ERP and MES systems.

Knowledge of agile product development and lifecycle management process
Experience leading crossfunctional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience in building and driving integration and adoption tool sets
Experience in developing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (D 3D Experience preferred).
Experience in developing Supply Chain systems (Apriso and Infor LN preferred).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
