We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager for our partner a fastgrowing SaaS company in the ecommerce analytics space. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology data and retail driving measurable outcomes for top FMCG brands.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in SaaS Account Management Customer Success or ecommercerelated consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS especially within ecommerce or digital shelf analytics.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships from onboarding to renewal and upsell.
- A consultative approach comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and translating business needs into strategic actions.
- Excellent project management and prioritization abilities in fastpaced environments.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
In This Role You Will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid to largesized clients.
- Lead strategic onboarding efforts alongside a Technical Account Manager to ensure smooth product adoption.
- Conduct regular business reviews and share insights that drive ecommerce performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor proactively identifying risks and opportunities to advance client goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Ops and Tech to ensure delivery excellence.
- Drive upsell and renewal efforts to support revenue growth.
- Contribute to internal process improvements to scale customer success efforts.
