The Last Mile Transporter Experience is powered by a mobile app available on both iOS and Android and works in concert with our logistics and technology to guide transporters through the delivery journey. We crossed our 10 billion packages a few years ago and now deliver a billion packages just through our sameday speeddelivery capabilities.
This role will help define our next set of transporter facing products focused on providing evolutionary and revolutionary concepts for their arrival at delivery stations package pickup and packagetovehicle loading workflows. This will focus on the transporters start of work and end of work experiences across multiple business types (sameday grocery specialty deliveries pickups).
Our mission is to ensure every package is delivered at the right time at the right location in the right way according to the customers preference.
Our transporters operate across a wide range of scenarios including singlefamily homes apartment units behind locked gates college campuses and remote countryside residences worldwide. Playing a key role in the Transporter Experience team as a Product Manager you will be responsible for the product definition and feature roadmap for multiple projects . You will work closely with multiple stakeholder/business teams your engineering and UX/UI counterparts to identify business requirements measuring and sharing progress against goals and championing adoption with our customers through infield research and testing. You will bring your experience of defining and releasing similar successful products at scale preferably in consumer or industrial verticals.
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Proven ability to work independently to drive projects to completion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
Strengths in problem solving issueresolution ability to work in a deadlinedriven work environment attention to detail and ability to multitask.
