Job Description
As the Brand and Product Marketing Manager youll be at the forefront of shaping Rockets brand strategy driving engagement and accelerating revenue growth within our home purchase market. About the role
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach target audiences and achieve impactful campaign objectives
Write thoughtful effective marketing briefs by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders subject matter experts and content creators to ensure high-quality work aligned to our brand voice
Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs and metrics leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
Partner with cross-functional teams agency partners and vendors to align marketing activities with business strategy and go-to-market plans
Lead the adoption of new messaging visual identity approaches and brand voice initiatives fostering innovation across all marketing communications and consumer touchpoints
Implement and enhance lead generation programs and tactics nurturing qualified leads through the funnel to drive conversions and expand business opportunities
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners industry influencers and media outlets to elevate our brands visibility credibility and position in the marketplace
About you
Minimum qualifications
5 years of experience in a B2C marketing role
Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field or comparable professional experience
Solid understanding of project management principles
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Advanced knowledge of marketing strategy principles practices and techniques
Strong proficiency in analyzing and interpreting marketing data
Demonstrated track record of building brands and products through integrated marketing programs
