Your Responsibilities:
- Drive Measurable Growth & Own Campaign KPIs Take full accountability for achieving marketing-driven revenue and performance goals. Youll define clear KPIs track success across the funnel and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize impact on pipeline growth conversion rates and ROI.
- Optimize Positioning and Value Proposition Analyze customer behavior communication performance and competitor offerings to refine our value proposition in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends Work closely with the product team to monitor industry trends and insights shaping thought leadership market education and demand-generation initiatives.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with product commercial brand and content teams to align strategies with customer needs target segments and market opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in product marketing within SaaS Finance Crypto or Deep Tech with a proven track record of driving lead and demand generation.
- Results-driven mindset Demonstrated success in crafting market communications that resonate with target audiences and improve conversion rates.
- Strategic and hands-on approach Ability to think big while executing efficiently ensuring marketing initiatives translate into tangible business impact.
- Project management excellence Strong ability to juggle multiple projects prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills Adaptability to evolving market trends and the ability to turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Fluency in English Our working language is English and strong communication skills are essential.
