Amazons Legal organization is seeking an exceptionally bright and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support the VP of Trademarks Domains & gTLDs.
This exciting role requires superior attention to detail great organizational skills ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals in the company is important. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance react with appropriate urgency to situations that require quick turnaround be able to take effective action without having to know the total picture and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups.

Responsibilities for this position include the ability to play a leadership role with an administrative support team to think and plan ahead delegate responsibilities appropriately and manage time effectively.

5 years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
