Have you always been handy with numbers Do you keep an overview and do you ensure that there are no errors in the reports you have checked Do you have a completed education in Controlling Accountancy Business Economics or Business Administration Then read on because we are looking for a fulltimeBusiness Controllerfor our site in Dormagen Germany!
What are your typical tasks in a role of Business Controller:
- You are responsible for controlling of financial performance of our logistics center
- Overseeing financial processes and preparing reports (weekly or monthly figures)
- Preparation and monitoring of realization of the annual budget
- Developing financial forecasts
- Preparation of data presentations and analyses for the organization
- Initiating developing and implementing cost optimization system
- Identification of business risks
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience in financial controlling or a similar position
- Thorough knowledge of financial analysis financial and management accounting
- Educational background in economics or finance
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (knowledge of VBA would be an advantage)
- Proficiency in both English and German
- Excellent communication skills accuracy and analytical thinking
