They have built a trusted payment infrastructure that allows digital payment possibilities without hassles they are looking to hire a Business Development Executive to grow their Fintech business through strategic partnerships and market expansion. You will identify new opportunities build client relationships and help shape go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidates have strong B2B sales experience knowledge of the Fintech landscape and a passion for innovation in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of payment gateway solutions to SMEs large enterprises and online merchants by identifying leads and closing high-value deals.
- Identify onboard and manage new merchants across various industry verticals ensuring a smooth integration of payment solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for payment products targeting e-commerce platforms retail chains and digital service providers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to provide merchant feedback enhance payment features and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position our payment gateway competitively and refine sales tactics.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to merchant acquisition transaction volume and revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and merchant outreach programs to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies educating merchants on secure payment practices and digital finance tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in degree in Social Science Business and Marketing.
- 3-4 years of experience in Fintech E-commerce Retail SaaS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of consultative selling pipeline management and upselling/cross-selling.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
