Job Description

As an Executive Assistant you will manage executive calendars coordinate meetings and handle key communications. You will provide vital support to executive leadership by ensuring organized schedules smooth travel arrangements and clear communication across teams.

Job Overview

Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: 9 AM 5 PM MK Time
Work setup: Remote/Work from Home

Your Daily Tasks
  • Manage executive calendars coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to schedule business meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications on behalf of executive management; route incoming calls efficiently.
  • Arrange travel and reservations for executive management as needed.
  • Independently create wellorganized grammatically correct memos and reports for distribution to various departments.
  • Assist with special events planning and coordination.
  • Use software applications such as spreadsheets relational databases and graphics tools to assemble manipulate and format data and reports.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all communications and documentation.
  • Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions impacting staff costs and/or service quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Associate s degree required; Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Five 5 years or more of experience as an executive administrative assistant in a CEO/Presidentlevel setting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to external parties.
  • Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional writing proofreading and editing skills.
