Job Duties
The Office of Federal Programs is seeking a qualified candidate to assist school divisions and private schools in implementing highquality programs and complying with applicable federal program requirements under Title I and Title VIII of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 as Amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in a variety of instructional practices and methodologies for teaching a diverse population of students;
Experience in planning implementing administering and evaluating instructional programs;
Ability to analyze and define problems and apply problemsolving techniques to complex issues;
Ability to present complex information effectively to technical and lay audiences in writing and orally; manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines; coordinate inservice activities; and
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
Additional Considerations
Masters Degree in Education and or/Related Field (preferred)
Graduation from an accredited college or university (preferred)
Classroom or administrative experience (preferred)
Division or statelevel experience in federal programs administration (preferred)

The position you are applying for is an Hourly/Wage position. Hourly (wage) employees may not work more than an average of 29 hours a week and cannot exceed 1500 hours the wage employment year 5/1 4/30. This position does not include health insurance retirement or paid leave benefits.
