You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to provide technical assistance and support for end-users. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support for desktops laptops printers and peripheral devices.
Install configure and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Assist users with account setups password resets and security access.
Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth system operations and user satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
1 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common software applications.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A ITIL MCP) are a plus.
Full Time
