Another Sources client Sabey Corporation is recruiting a Human Resouces Manager to join their growing team onsite at their HQ in Tukwila WA.

About the role:

As the Human Resources Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving HR initiatives that align with Sabeys mission. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources youll work as part of a collaborative HR team of five in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Sabey is a growing and stable company with 300 employees today and plans to more than double in the next five years offering exciting opportunities for HR to evolve alongside the business.

This is a handson role that requires strategic thinking problemsolving skills and adaptability to support the companys expansion. Youll manage key HR functions including employee relations recruiting onboarding benefits administration performance management and compliance while fostering a highperformance peoplefirst work culture.

Your Contributions Will Likely Include:

  • Driving employee engagement through performance management training and professional development initiatives.
  • Managing the full employee lifecyclefrom onboarding to offboardingto ensure a seamless experience.
  • Administering benefit programs including open enrollment and compliance with industry trends.
  • Providing expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies employment laws and best practices.
  • Leading recruitment efforts in partnership with hiring managers and thirdparty agencies to attract top talent.
  • Overseeing HR compliance including Affirmative Action Plans audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborating with leadership to implement HR strategies that support company goals and employee success.

Experience You Will Bring to the Team:

  • 10 years of Human Resources experience with at least 3 years as a Human Resources Generalist.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong recruiting and people management experience.
  • Expertise in employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Ability to navigate HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
  • HR certification (SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational problemsolving and communication skills.

Compensation:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $92558 $138837 depending on experience and qualifications.
