As an Offshore Marketing & Social Media Manager you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness attract potential clients and boost engagement. You will oversee social media platforms manage digital campaigns and analyze performance metrics to ensure optimal marketing outcomes.

Shift: Early Morning Shift (Mon Fri; 4:00 AM 1:00 PM); Weekends off
Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home
Your Daily Tasks
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness customer acquisition and lead generation for financial services.
- Manage and expand social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram etc. creating engaging and relevant content.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns including email marketing social media ads and SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Produce marketing content such as blog posts videos case studies and promotional materials to support business goals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Oversee website management ensuring it is SEOoptimized uptodate and userfriendly.
- Stay informed of industry trends and bring innovative digital marketing ideas and tools to the table.

- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management preferably with a focus on B2B or financial services.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM content creation email marketing and paid advertising across social platforms.
