The role involves designing delivering and managing training programs to improve sales performance product knowledge and channelspecific strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Plan design and deliver training programs tailored for both direct and defence sales teams.
Conduct needbased training interventions to bridge performance gaps.
Coordinate with sales leadership to align training objectives with business goals.
Facilitate induction programs for new joiners and refresher sessions for existing staff.
Track and report training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
Support product launches by developing and delivering productspecific training modules.
Visit markets regularly to conduct ontheground coaching and training sessions.
Collaborate with marketing product and HR teams to ensure consistent messaging and updates.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
5 8 years of experience in sales and training roles ideally with exposure to both direct and institutional/defence channels.
Strong understanding of B2C and B2G (government) sales dynamics.
Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Full Time
