Job Description
Workforce Recruitment is a busy driving & Industrial agency that is continually growing & we are looking for a recruitment resourcer to support. You will be detail oriented & have a strong background in administration.
Full training will be given.
We Supply:
- HGV Drivers
- Forklift Drivers
- Warehouse staff
- Admin staff
- Temporary and permanent staff
Ideally you will have a background in agency recruitment as we are looking for someone who can make an impact straight away. However we will consider those with a strong administration background too.

Duties
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including social media job boards and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Maintain accurate records within the systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in lead generation activities to build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
- Collating compliance paperwork
Skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Experience in relationship management to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media management techniques for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being selfmotivated.
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
