The location is in Pune Maharashtra.
JD:
Responsibleforintensificationofcurrentlyongoingplantperformanceimprovementin
throughputtimeapplicationofnewmethods&systemstoenhanceefficiencyandproductquality
acrosstheorganization.
2.Economicvalueadditioninsteelmakingoperationbyoptimizingchargemixandalloyadditionfor
requiredchemistry.
3.Coordinate&manageplantoperationsforproductionmaintenance&qualityincosteffective
manner.
4.Provideleadershipandtrainingtoaccomplishthecompanygoalsandobjectives.
5.ResponsibleforSafetyHealthandEnvironmentalactivitiesincludingimplementationofpolicies
andprocedurestoprovideasafeworkplace
6.DevelopapplicationspecificnewalloysinclosecoordinationwithR&D
7.Tostudythetechnicalfeasibilityandanalysetheproductioncostbenefitsofimplementinglatest
processestechnologiesequipmentsinSteelMeltShop.
8.Continuousinnovationtoproductivityreducecostsachieveoperationalexcellenceand
implementmeasureslikeSixSigmaKaizenandTPM
9.InvestigatesandMonitorsperformanceanalysesshortfallandabnormalitieswithintheprocess
implementsremedialactionsandsuggeststechnicalchangewherenecessary.
10.InteractionwiththetechnologysuppliersvendorsengagedinSMSandensureimprovementin
productivityofthevendor.
11.Ensureaccidentfreeshopfloorenvironmentandplantcleanliness
12.Todevelopnewgradesprocessasperrequirements.
13.EnsuringalllegalcompliancesstatutoryrequirementsEnvironment&Safetyregulationsare
met
14.Interactionwithcustomers&PPCdepartmentfordevelopment&improvementinprocess
planningdeliveringwithadequate&desiredresults.
15.Tocontinuouslybenchmarkforbesttechnologyprocessesandpracticesintheindustrytoensure
thatthePlantandprocessesarecontinuouslyimproved.
