WHO YOU ARE

You are an experiencedCommunity Service Technicianwith at least one 1 year of property maintenance or similar experiencewho hasa passion for delivering the utmost customer service considering youre part of a team that interacts most with our residents! Overall youre responsible for completing service requests in a timely manner by performing repair and maintenance services as needed as well as maintaining curb appeal and optimizing the life and value of the physical asset.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Perform repair and maintenance services
Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property
Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
Optimize the life and value of physical assets
