As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you are responsible for the delivery and assessment of large digital transformation programs focusing on successful program management and verification strategies. As a Manager you guide teams in strategic planning and utilizing team strengths to meet client expectations while maintaining exemplary standards. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a dedication to developing and coaching diverse teams valuing diverse perspectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the and evaluation of digital transformation initiatives
Guide teams in strategic planning and successful implementation
Utilize team strengths to fulfill client needs and uphold quality
Foster clear communication and collaboration within diverse teams
Encourage diverse viewpoints and inclusive team dynamics
Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills
Confirm program management and assurance strategies are successful

What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
11 years of experience
Certification: PMI PMBOK APM BOK PRINCE2 MSP MoR Agile or Benefit Realization
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Masters Degree in Business or related field preferred
Project Management Professional desirable
Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint MS Project Jira
Fluency in French preferred
Leading project/program performance assessments
Designing program management and evaluation strategies
Indepth understanding of digital transformation lifecycle
Excelling in verbal and written communication
Developing and coaching diverse teams
