Description
Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly capable and connected sales consultant or business development manager with proven experience in selling designled interior and fitout solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with architectural firms design studios and retail brand managers.
- Strategic Consultation: Provide tailored solutions by understanding client space brand and design objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and generate new opportunities in workplace commercial office and retail sectors.
- Collaboration: Work with internal design and production teams to deliver effective spatial design solutions.
- Project Management: Manage the client journey from brief to delivery ensuring project specifications are met.
- Networking and Brand Promotion: Attend industry events to expand professional network and brand presence.
- Sales Experience: 2 years in interior design shopfitting fitouts or related solutions.
- Client Engagement: Proven ability to sell to architects interior designers retail managers and corporate decisionmakers.
- Spatial Understanding: Ability to interpret plans and contribute to spatial planning discussions.
- Project Knowledge: Strong understanding of project timelines fitment processes and the commercial interiors market.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication presentation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized selfmotivated and comfortable with long sales cycles.
