Tasks
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Partnership & Strategic Sales Manager to support Ahti Interiors expansion across Indonesia. This role focuses on two core areas:
- Closing large strategic B2B deals and
- Establishing and onboarding new distributor partners in key markets beyond Bali.
You will not be responsible for day-to-day account management your focus is strategic: converting high-value opportunities and building our market presence through a strong distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic B2B Sales (Large Accounts)
- Lead the closing process for large-scale clients (e.g. developers hotel groups procurement firms) after qualification by the internal sales team
- Deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs and project scopes
- Negotiate commercial terms within predefined frameworks
- Finalize contracts and ensure a seamless handover to the Account Management team
Distributor Network Expansion
- Identify approach and secure new regional distributor partners across Indonesia (e.g. Jakarta Surabaya Medan Bandung)
- Qualify partners based on their reach sales capability and showroom presence
- Negotiate partnership terms including pricing incentives and onboarding requirements
- Support early-stage performance until relationships are transitioned to the Account Management team
Strategic Input & Reporting
- Report directly to the CEO on key deal status distributor pipeline and expansion progress
- Share market insights and competitor intelligence to inform business development strategy
- Contribute to quarterly sales and partner acquisition targets
Requirements
Requirements
- 510 years of experience in B2B sales business development or strategic partnerships
- Track record of closing high-value deals and managing long-cycle sales processes
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven experience setting up or managing distributor networks
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Zoho HubSpot)
- Self-starter results-oriented and comfortable working autonomously in a high-growth environment
