Job Description

Position: Paid Media Buyer(Philippines Hiring)

Client s Industry: Paid Marketing Agency

Working Hours: TBD

Pay Range: Up to 1500 USD 2000 USD/Month(Final Salary will be depends on the overall result)

About the Company

We are a growing paid marketing agency with a 4year track record of delivering results for our clients. Currently managing ad campaigns for 5 clients we specialize in Facebook Google and TikTok ads to drive conversions and maximize ROI.

Our founder is now looking to hire the first fulltime employee to take over daytoday media buying allowing us to scale operations improve internal systems and expand the team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Buyer to plan execute and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook Google and TikTok. This role requires a strong analytical mindset handson experience with campaign management and a datadriven approach to performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Google and TikTok
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics making databacked adjustments to improve ROI
  • Conduct audience research and implement targeting strategies to maximize ad effectiveness
  • Create test and iterate ad creatives in collaboration with designers (as needed)
  • Set up tracking and reporting to measure success across different platforms
  • Stay updated on the latest trends algorithms and best practices for digital advertising
  • Work closely with the founder to align strategies with business goals

Requirements

  • 3 years of handson experience managing paid media campaigns (Facebook Google TikTok)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager Google Ads TikTok Ads Manager)
  • Experience with A/B testing audience segmentation and conversion tracking
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering strong ROAS
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Bonus: Experience with funnel optimization landing page CRO and creative strategy
