Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex features and services on time and quality
- Independent problem solver on feature and bug level
- Ensure code quality
- Keep System ErrorFree
- Contribute to customer satisfaction measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
- Conduct code reviews
- Work on improving application performance and reliability and continuously identify and reduce tech debt
- Solid understanding of the tech vision and starting to contribute to progressing towards it
What youll bring to the team:
- Proficient in Java and related tools and technologies (Ruby on Rails Node)
- Competent in system architecture and design patterns
- Ability to apply software development best practices and principles on a daily basis
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to utilise expertise and experience to reach a high level of productivity
- Fluent English written and spoken
- High level of motivation and eager to learn
