Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight brokering logistics or transportation management (preferred but not required).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask manage deadlines and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
