Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilledReinsurance Brokerto join our dynamic team. In this role you will specialize in designing risk-transfer solutions and negotiating reinsurance contracts to provide tailored solutions for our clients. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients insurers and reinsurers to understand risk management needs and objectives.
- Design negotiate and place reinsurance programs in line with client requirements and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze risks design market strategies and develop bespoke solutions for clients.
- Advise clients on risk-transfer solutions market trends and financial models.
- Stay informed about industry regulations global market trends and emerging risks.
- Deliver world-class client service by ensuring timely placement of reinsurance contracts and resolving any issues.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions placements and follow-ups to ensure compliance and accuracy in all operations.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and driving client growth.
- Promote a culture of teamwork inclusivity and professional excellence.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business finance insurance or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a broker preferably in reinsurance or a related field.
- Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of reinsurance markets practices and terminology.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and design tailored solutions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $150k-$250k (based on experience).
