The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to maintain a steady pace while upholding our commitment to delivering highquality errorfree work. Responsibilities include operating a variety of machines such as cutters folders collators and booklet makers as well as overseeing the quality control and packaging of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy and quality of completed products

Objective evaluation of products and processes

Works closely with operations personnel to achieve company standards

Operating bindery and finishing machines

Effective communication between the quality function and operations

Inventory maintenance for the department

Maintaining equipment

Problem solving

Packaging and Shipping

Helping teammates

Various other tasks as assigned

Experience/Education:

Able to function well in a fastpaced deadlineoriented environment

Excellent project and time management skills ability to prioritize work

Ability to communicate visually orally and in writing

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to learn new skills

Problemsolving skills with the ability to use available resources to solve issues

Selfdisciplined and organized

Basic computer skills

Compensation: $16.00 $20.00 per hour
