About the role
As Program and Regulatory Support Officer your will provide timely and efficient support to the BEN Program as a member of the BEN Program Management office.
In this role you will:
- Facilitate and coordinate administration and engagement activities for the BEN Program with internal and external stakeholders primarily APRA and Promontory.
- Build effective relationships and liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective engagement organisation and delivery of required outcomes
- Facilitate the collation of BEN tracking and reporting as required including change control activity closure and quarterly success metrics supporting the PMO to ensure good governance practices
- Coordinate and facilitate various meetings and forums (E.G. Town Halls) preparation and distribution of agendas minute taking and ensure action items are followed up
- Assist with staff movements including initiating recruitment onboarding supporting procurement requirements and payment of invoices
- Ensure all work practices are conducted to satisfy all Bank risk management and compliance requirements
This is a 12month secondment opportunity ideally located at one of our corporate offices in Melbourne Sydney Bendigo or Adelaide but open to location for a strong candidate.
About you
To be successful you will have
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative function supporting senior stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
- Understanding and experience providing support across portfolio project or program management activities
- Strong organisational and time management skills with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of pivotal stakeholders
- Proactive disposition with a flexible and agile mind set
- High level of computer proficiency including MS Office and MS Excel
- Experience using PowerBI and MS Lists highly regarded
- Qualifications in Banking Finance Business Project Management highly regarded but not mandatory
