Were looking for a Compliance Support Officer to join our team in a permanent part-time position (25 hours per week) based out of our brand-new office facility in Geraldton with excellent this role youll support the closure of audit and operational non-conformances by coordinating actions maintaining documentation and assisting with compliance tracking.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document writing and document control with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to supporting compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand non-conformance entries including root cause corrective actions and disposition plans
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of corrective actions
- Assist in updating and maintaining the NCR/CAR register and supporting records
- Draft and maintain documentation relating to corrective and preventive actions
- Draft review and edit documentation such as procedures corrective action plans and audit responses.
- Locate and digitise paper-based compliance documents and establish a comprehensive register with completed and expiry dates to ensure all records are accurate up-to-date and readily accessible upon request.
- Coordinate and assist in uploading supporting documents to compliance platforms (e.g. FoundU Litmos Myosh).
- Support internal audits and track evidence for closure
- Maintain review records in accordance with HVA NHVAS and internal compliance standards to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
- Liaise with department heads to validate implementation of actions
- Generate periodic progress reports on closure status
- Escalate overdue items for managerial attention
Qualifications :
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word and document control systems
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across departments
- High attention to detail and ability to follow through tasks independently
